License

VeriOps grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the hosted MCP catalog and signed artifacts for the duration of your subscription. Free trial tokens grant the same rights for 14 days, subject to the daily call cap.

Acceptable use

VeriOps is provided to add deterministic capabilities and signed receipts to your AI agent. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the catalog compile pipeline, redistribute the signing keys, or use the service to produce signed receipts attesting to claims you know to be false.

Receipts and trust

Receipts are Ed25519-signed records of (artifact SHA, input SHA, output SHA, issuer key ID). They prove what the named artifact computed on the named input. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory approval, or endorsement of the calling system\'s overall correctness.

Limitation of liability

VeriOps is provided as-is. While we audit catalog correctness against reference oracles, no system is bug-free. Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via PayPal or by emailing contact@veriops.io. Access continues to the end of the current billing period. Trial tokens auto-expire 14 days after issue.
